Vacationing at the Turks and Caicos islands allows you to relax and enjoy being pampered. While staying at The Regent Grand, we enjoy helping you to experience some of the best of what the islands have to offer. One of the most spectacular parts of the island way of life is enjoying the lobster season Turks & Caicos. The lobster season Turks & Caicos begins each year on August 1 and lasts through March 31 the following year. That means that you get to enjoy freshly caught lobster for seven straight months! There are many ways to enjoy Turks & Caicos lobster, so be sure to try one or more of these many options while staying at our The Regent Grand hotel.
When you want something light to eat, try the lobster bruschetta offered up at Kalooki's Restaurant. This creamy pasta dish features al dente elbow macaroni, three cheeses and succulent lobster freshly caught off the coast of Caicos. You could also try a freshly grilled pizza featuring lobster as the primary topping or one of several toppings.

If you are looking for something unusual, stop by Chinson's Grill Shack and try their Cantonese-themed seafood. Try their lobster in oyster sauce, which offers a sweet and tangy taste with a hint of spice. It can be served over noodles or rice. Another great option is their lobster Cantonese, which is prepared in chili peppers and served with a garlic sauce. It pairs well with steamed white or brown rice. If you like Asian Indian flavors, try the lobster curry. The freshly grilled lobster is stir-fried in a coconut curry sauce that delicately balances sweet and spicy flavors. Their lobster and mushroom stir-fry is another wise choice. It includes Chinese mushrooms and steamed lobster stir-fried together in a garlic sauce with chili peppers, scallions and capers.
